All fees paid for consultation, visa processing, and other immigration-related services are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued once services have been initiated.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payments made in error.
• Failure to deliver services as per agreed terms (subject to review).
• Service cancellation by CY Immigration Consultants due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to our support team with relevant transaction details. Requests will be reviewed, and decisions will be communicated within 14 business days.
